1. About Mustangs ProShop

Mustangs ProShop is a hockey specialty retailer offering hockey equipment, apparel, accessories, skate sharpening, and related services.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. Acceptance of your order occurs only after payment has been received (where applicable) and your order has been confirmed by Mustangs ProShop.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Violation of these Terms

3. Pricing

All prices displayed are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without prior notice.

While we strive to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and cancel or modify affected orders after notifying the customer.

4. Product Availability

We make every effort to maintain accurate inventory.

However, stock levels may change without notice, particularly for high-demand products.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you to discuss available options, including a replacement, backorder, refund, or cancellation.

5. Special Orders & Custom Orders

Special-order, custom-order, personalized, and made-to-order products require advance ordering from our suppliers or are manufactured specifically for the customer.

These orders are:

  • Final
  • Non-cancellable
  • Non-returnable
  • Non-refundable
  • Non-exchangeable

except where required by law or in the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Estimated arrival or production dates are provided as guides only and may change due to manufacturer production schedules, shipping delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only.

Mustangs ProShop is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • Force majeure events
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been handed over to the courier or collected by the customer.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

Please review that policy before making a purchase.

8. Product Warranty

Many products sold by Mustangs Hockey ProShop are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Warranty coverage, duration, and procedures vary by manufacturer.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accidental damage, improper fitting, improper maintenance, and unauthorized modifications are not covered under warranty.

Where applicable, we will assist customers in processing legitimate manufacturer warranty claims.

9. Skate Sharpening & Other Services

Professional services such as skate sharpening are performed with reasonable care using professional equipment.

Customers are responsible for confirming their preferred sharpening specifications before the service is performed.

Mustangs ProShop is not responsible for dissatisfaction resulting from customer-selected sharpening preferences.

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Logos
  • Graphics
  • Product photos
  • Articles
  • Blog posts
  • Videos
  • Designs
  • Text

is the property of Mustangs ProShop or its respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
