Pickup & Delivery Policy

At this time, Mustangs Hockey ProShop does not offer nationwide shipping or courier delivery services. We currently offer the following order fulfillment options.

Store Pickup

Orders may be picked up at Mustangs Hockey ProShop by appointment only.

Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a convenient pickup schedule.

Please wait for confirmation before visiting the shop.

Meet-Up at SM Mall of Asia Ice Rink

For your convenience, meet-up at the SM Mall of Asia Ice Rink may be arranged, subject to our schedule and availability.

Please contact us in advance to coordinate a suitable date and time.

Buyer-Arranged Delivery

If you are unable to pick up your order, you may arrange your own courier service (such as Lalamove, GrabExpress, or a similar provider) to collect your purchase from Mustangs Hockey ProShop.

Please note the following:

  • Buyer-arranged deliveries must be coordinated with Mustangs Hockey ProShop in advance.
  • The customer is responsible for booking and paying for the courier service.
  • Once the order has been released to your chosen courier, ownership and risk transfer to the customer.
  • Mustangs ProShop is not responsible for delays, loss, damage, mishandling, or any issues that occur while the item is in the possession of the courier.

We recommend selecting a reliable courier and ensuring that the delivery details are accurate before booking.

Special Orders & Pre-Orders

Special-order and pre-order items will be made available for pickup or buyer-arranged delivery once they have arrived and you have been notified.

Estimated arrival dates are provided as a guide only and may be affected by supplier schedules, international shipping, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
